This is a very specific fund., consisting of preferred shares, sometimes low-quality shares (to get good yield). By definition dividends will be always high.
But this high yield can be eaten by share price reduction. Last 1.5-2 years were bad for preferred, and share went down from around $24 to $8-$11 (no dividend can help here).
During the recovery, preferred should be much better; I believe now is a good entry point. Starting ftom March, share price goes up (plus monthly dividend).
We can have a few bad months ahead, but in common I optimistic
