fyi.. I got out at 11... It'll go back to the 8 range now..

Jobless rates over 10% in 7 states, some with record highs.. and considering that there are many people unemployed.. those rates are still likely 3-4% lower than actual.


Again, hold onto for interest income and ride it out if you want..
