For the purpose of discussing; the chart looks weak and weird. It's been jumping around between $3.65 and $4.11 inside the Bollinger band of $3.58-$4.20, and at current closing price, it's WEAK, not so good since it's closer to the lower band. Hey, it's $3-4 dollar stock, it ain't anybody's major holdings. Get out or leave it in the drawer, it ain't make you excitement till 2nd half of Next Year! Personally, I don't care where it goes unless I really need a write-off (why? Obama is going to tax more, better pay taxes on gains this year selling off all winners and buy them back at higher base! Save your Losers!).
