Could a PE buyout be in JTX's future?      6-Nov-09 11:14 am    
JTX is trading at just 6x EPS and free cash flow. RX is getting bought by PE firms at 14x forward earnings. Put the same multiple and PE firms would be willing to pay $12 per share for JTX. Remember, the management team is evaluating strategic options. Wouldn't be surprised if a sale to PE is announced soon at a huge premium.
