Okay, all good reasons why a combination might not work. What I do know is, Liberty will not be doing anything with JTX and, HRB would not be allowed under the anti-trust tests.
What are your ideas? I hope the only alternative isn't compete head-to-head. I don't think Buckley has the skills and the result will be a less valuable company one year from now.
