My amateur opinion? The excited money has been on the junkier Chinese stocks (think the Internet boom), and less attention paid to the fundamentally strong, long-term growth folks. This has to be a temporary fad. When there's once again a 'flight to quality', I have to assume that stocks like JST (and CHNG) will be long term leaders. I really don't see how you can ultimately go wrong buying the kinds of young stocks that Peter Lynch would have owned. A growing company in a legit industrial business, supplier to infrastructure, responsible management of finances. where's the long term downside risk? I think of Buffett who says rule 1 - don't lose money. rule 2, see rule 1. It may be a snorer, but cover your eyes and look at it in 5 years. On the other hand, if you want to be a day trader, this thing trades up and down 2% each way, day after day, in a range.
