I am no genius, but when TISCH is buying this stuff every chance he gets (billionaire) and it has a market cap of about 1/3 of tangible book value, it has to be a deal. Yes, it is tightly controlled by the Johnson family (of wax fame) but at these levels they would be fools not to take it private at a premium to the current price.
