They overextended their reach in their target demographic, about 2.5 million customers, only a fraction of which are loyal, regular customers (even by once a year purchasing standards). Pick your favorite example of overextension, be it Starbucks, Krispy Creme, Crocs, whatever. There are only so many suits a gent needs in his closet for work or play, casual clothes, etc. They have been stuffing closets the way a manufacturer stuffs a supply chain, and it's going to start showing up down the road in either the top line, bottom line, or both.

I saw the stock being overbought at 48, I still see it overbought at 43. I do see them returning to a norm of about a 9 P/E until they can sustain further upward momentum on earnings growth.
