Well, as a shareholder I would disagree with some of what you've posted. I know there is emotion involved when people lose their jobs (been there, experienced that). But at least the first two were company specific events - made based (I assume) on Vistakon's business needs and market conditions. That is part of any ongoing business - I don't know specifically how vistakon is doing but have to assume they have been impacted just like other consumer related businesses.

I do agree that the Credo exists in name only. This management team's own cushy jobs and paychecks are now the #1 item on the credo list and everything else is a very distant second.
