Nice new high on the stock with the news that motions to dismiss were themselves dismissed.

Anybody out there? ISIG could be in line for a monster judgment ($100 mil or more) within 3-6 months and we could very well be looking at a $10-15 stock price. Looking for the trial to start by yearend or early first quarter worst case. Valassis trial took two months, we have the same whistleblower evidence here going against News America in this trial. Why aren't more people enthused and climbing aboard? Valassis also has a federal case slated for early February. Is Insignia also planning to go for a federal case after the trial in Minnesota? I think they are, but not sure.

A very unusual and attractive situation. Any comments anybody?
