Impact on IRSA is 1/3 rd

If other posters are correct about IRSA's liability limited to its equity investment of 22 million (on which it has an option to sell back 1/2 to the original seller) then it is a minor liability.

The larger risk for IRSA remains the currency ...its debt is in USD...it has been buying back its debt.

Which is likely to sink faster: USD or ARS?
