1. Stop the fear statements "If we don't do xyz then doing nothing is going to be worse!" Gosh, didn't we hear this over and over again for other topics?!

2. Do not spend $700B on the stock market. The market will take care of itself. Focus on the root of the problem with new innovative solutions - not just give money to the brats.

3. How does the average Joe or Jane fair out of this ludicrous $700B dollar free money give away? What business gives away money? The world will tell the emperor he isn't wearing any clothes and the dollars he gives away won't buy him new ones.

4. It really is time to pull in some sound world economists for proposing a plan of action, meaningful metrics, and reporting of progress over the next five years. Otherwise, ignorance will make weak decisions, with perhaps the best of intentions, but none the less failure. There isn't enough money in the world for a quick fix to this highly networked financial problem. It will take clear thinking, strategic planning and execution of sound fiscal and monetary policy.

I've spoke my piece, I just hope the right people are listening. This challenge takes true collaboration, going it unilaterally is NOT the answer.
