A year ago people were thinking IR was going to zero. The simple fact was as the price was going down, the risk was going down too. At 35.00 now and most likely heading higher. Large corporations that spend considerable amounts of $ on HVAC will soon realize that it's a safer bet to invest in more efficient HVAC units than to invest in our financial markets. Upgrading their HVAC units is a sure bet that will save them money every month. Many many companies are still making money and will have to put their retained earnings to work somewhere. The first 10% pullback in the S&P will remind everyone that they're better off investing in themselves and their infastructure than in the overall market. Tread carefully with your investments. This market will not be safe until the goverment stops propping things up and lets the much needed "shake out" occur. Let nature take it's course.
