Your probabaly just a horrible Agent that does not stay in touch with his customers, schedule on going policy reviews etc...I try to write at least 3 policies on all our leads resulting in multi policy discounts. Therefore even if INSWEB solicits them in the future, thier premiums with us are competetive, but even more important than that is that they enjoy doing business with my Agency. My retention rate is 92.18% loss ratio is 27.84% and over 39% of my business sold is sourced from AGENTINSIDER.
