Market is back up over 10,000 but this supposed darling of the stimulus world for infrastructure is seeing its stock slide nearly 10% in the last few days as the earnings report release and quarterly conference call near. Where would they be without United Pipeline? Wonder if they'll separate out the business segments and show how poorly they are doing in North America in sewer rehab. Water market clearly isn't flowing and they can't hold their own in the sewer rehab market without bidding rock bottom numbers to customers who used to give them work without bidding. Should be an interesting conference call for Joe, but I'm sure they'll be slow pitching him softball questions again.
