Looks like management were big buyers during the rights offering.

Mr. Strange acquired 1,179,468 shares of Common Stock for $825,627.60 in cash pursuant to the Issuer’s Rights Offering on July 23, 2009.
Now holds a total of 2,042,800 shares or 22.7% of the total outstanding. (from SEC 13D filing 07/27/2009.

Plus four other directors or officer’s purchased 216,061 more shares.

The Wallace R. Weitz & Company investment firm also increased their holdings from
881,999 to 2,263,998 shares or 25.3% of the total outstanding.

Why this stock ever got down to .70 is beyond me. With the cash from this offering and the business prospects looking up, it should easily be trading much higher. Mr. Strange even mentioned on the rights conference call that Chemfree is worth at least $10 million and Corecard $10 to $30 million.
