Go ahead and try...you still won't get hired. Even if they passed law and indicated that companies can only hire people with IQs below 80, and that you have to be fat and lazy and unemployed and under educated, you still won't be hired because you don't meet the requirements.

It's definitely true that not all Indian outsourcers are good and definitely not all have qualified people, but the quality is still good enough to keep your lazy stupid ass unemployed.
