DSOBEK is right, it doesnt say theyre issuing more. It just raises the maximum amount that they can possibly issue. INCY was capped at 200 million share maximum and with the possible conversion of debt into shares, they just wanted to make sure they didnt approach their limit. Again, they are not issuing more...
