well, he can pay-off the 250 with the 300K released from escrow. DMRJ already has the option on buying 1M shares at .26 cents so they're sitting pretty good. My take is they're letting the stock price handle itself. It is where it is in this marketplace, so if NYSE sees them as unfit, then jump to BB until they feel fit enough to reapply for a big board. Until that time, work on sales and product development and make whatever deal you can make to survive. Whether it is gov't lending made available now or a strategic relationship, if it is good, then the stock will appreciate. Bottom line. over 600K shares traded the other day for a reason that will hopefully be obvious very soon. curious how the vegas show is going. news though would be nice, but the deafening silence screams something positive getting ready to hit the streets.
