Management at Imation today removed the last of the highly successful Memorex employees, thus completing the removal of the Memorex DNA for which the company was aquired.

As sales have declined Imation has found themselves with a larger than needed direct sales representative headcount. They have made the choice to rid themselves of higher compensated, higher skilled Memorex representatives. In doing so they will countinue to provide service utilizing lower paid less experienced Oakdale based Imation employees. It can be viewed as making sure that your daddys poker playing friends daughters and sons continue employment during these times when every move needs to be utilized in providing proper spin to the investment community.
