So, after 3 years of doing things the Intl Paper way, Amen is HISTORY. (hopefully now we can get rid of those @#$%y coffee cups :-) For anyone that thinks that the company needed new blood, you should be happy, new CEO, new CFO, new SR.VP of HR. Now one can only hope that this new regime can undo the damage done by the 'Almighty Bob' and revert back to 'some' of the old ways that made IFF the industry leader, beginning with getting rid of those 3 STOOGES from SPX that are running IT into the ground!!!!!! Talk about FAILURE TO DELIVER. Anyone see anything different on their desktop when you came to work this morning, or yesterday, or the YEAR before that? How's SHAREPOINT working out for you? don't know what that is, no BIG SURPRISE there. And how about that LIGHTS OUT Data Center, anyone called x2395 lately?! Outsource, then PAY THROUGH THE ASS for services that are 'out of scope', talk about a 'cover up', not to mention how they flushed CUSTOMER SERVICE down the toilet! How do those guys get away with that crap??? (besides blowin' smoke up everyone's ass!!) IT needs to deliver services that will actually help people do their jobs and improve their ability to service the customer. IFF used to be a really great place to work before Amen hired all these clueless people. Let's just hope that this time the 'CHANGE' will be for the better.
