Hey Mobilisa gets most of it revenue from govt contracts and the lions share of that from earmarks from Rep Norm Dicks.

Now that Dicks is under investigation for taking money from a criminal lobbist.

Whats the status of future earmarks when and if Dick's is either convicted... expelled... or just pulls a FM and drops dead...
