The executive team is all beyond arrogant and behave like the most unprofessional group of people I've ever known. You should hear the stories. I was in a senior level position there for many years and you should see the demonstrated behaviors. Legendary stuff here. If you like an arrogant dictorship where none of the Executive Team displays any trust of each other, along with backstabbing, CYA, then you hit the jackpot. I'm sure though you don't care about that, as the first thing you will do is fire them all. Look closely at the senior divisional leadership, some scary stuff there. Positively, look at the middle management closely -- they have some of the best people in the business. Don't be too quick to get rid them. Massive talent and dedication there. Good luck.
