Griffin Mining makes some pretty astounding claims ( see http://www.newswire.ca/en/releases/archi... ) as to the actions of Ivernia management in relation to massive common stock dilution. Yet there is ZERO discussion of it here on the message board. Are Ivernia shareholders aware of what happened? What can be done about it except to vote with your feet (and run away from this stock asap). Yes, it looks brighter for the future now that the shipments of lead have resumed and there is a tentative plan to restart mining at some time in the not too distant future. It is just that the convertible stock holders will enjoy most of these gains if the stock price improves, yet they suffered very little of the risk (by getting what amounts to a guaranteed return).
