Since no one mentioned the September sales data released on October 14, I'll add my two cents: Hopefully this is relevant, and not just the result of my "data mining".

September 2009 sales were weak, but better than August 2009. In 2008, September sales were down sharply from August, not up.

The best I can say about September 2009 is that sales were up 22.4% (square feet sold), and up 13.5% (sales revenue) versus August 2009.

Last year, sales in September 2008 were down 23.2% (square feet sold) and down 26.4% (sales revenue) versus August 2008.

I own a lot of shares, as a speculation on a good product made by a company whose management must be 'tough as nails' to stay in business so long.
