went through it when att was bought out by swb,was nothing but headaches with tax prep,had a few others and i just sold before it was a done deal.i sold my itln @7.15 now just do the paperwork in april 2010 for the capital gains.i find it a lot easier.one of them was providian fin.was bought by wamu,glad i sold for cash instead of part cash mostly wamu stock which went to 0..its your call,gl
