I bought the 95 calls today, but the REAL action seemed to be at the 100 calls. In any case, ESI was oversold on the back of APOLLO's (nasdaq: APOL) SEC "inquiry." Totally unwarranted. I remember back in late February of 2004, ESI announced a similar "inquiry" by the SEC. It drove the stock down from $40 to $28 within a few days. That SEC "inquiry" turned out to be nothing at all, and the so-called "inquiry" was closed without any negative findings. The same thing will happen with APOLLO. As I recall, some disgruntled employee from one of ITT's California schools wrote to the SEC that ITT was fudging its student enrollment numbers, which turned out to be hogwash. Mark my words: ESI will be back at $110 before the end of November, and APOL will be back at $74 by January or February of next year when the SEC realizes that someone in this case is ALSO crying "wolf."
