I'm doing some DD on ICXT and am curious about Wexford's role in ICXT. Based on the 2008 annual report, it sounds like Wexford owns ~65% of ICXT and has beaucoup influence on the board. Has this generally been helpful, or are they trying to maximize a shrt-term gain and trash the company?

I'd value intelligent thoughts...and since I've been investing for ~35 years, I'm not going to fall for pumping or bashing games.
