Regarding Inception Media Group ("IMG"...could they be any less subtle) bid, this would effectively be a sweetheart MBO. In order for this to work, this is the scenario:

1) Annouce terrible Q2 results next week, with a "down" CC
2) Stock price tumbles
3) IMG comes with a super low-ball bid, say $1.25.
4) Everyone on this board very happy to have even $1.25
5) Close deal before Q3 results due in February, so that shareholders can't see just how well the business did in Q4
