First of all, DISK has put in place many restrictions on how many shares outsiders can buy (max of 10%). Second, as soon as DISK enters in talks with someone they are forced to sign a non-disclosure agreement which essentially eliminates them from being allowed to buy shares. Third, go buy 100,000 shares and see what the price moves to...most likely up 10-15%....and that's only 100k.
