Over the last few years, these guys were touting Earnings Growth as they were buying up "transactional" businesses (brokers) . . . . most of their earnings came from the fatter margins inherent in the transactional businesses vs. their enterprise businesses. Earnings don't seem to be the headline now . . . it's all about Revenues (which are not growing at that) from the enterprise business.

I'll have to do some homework to find out how much they paid for all the transactional businesses they bought up over the last several years and see how that compares to the market cap tom.

Also, I'm wondering if their Enterprise businesses can purchase goods from their Transactional businesses.
