QTel Tender Has Begun     30-Jan-09 09:07 am    
DUBAI, Jan 17 (Reuters) - Qatar Telecommunications Co QTEL.QA (Qtel) said on Saturday it would begin tender offers for shares in Indonesian telecoms firm PT Indosat (ISAT.JK) on Tuesday to lift its stake to 65 percent, the maximum allowed.
