Considering Peoples Gas and Wisconsin Public Service have cut to the bare minimum, they barely have the capability to serve thir customers in an efficient manner. WPS laid permanently laid off all seasonal workers, forced furloughs on all remaining workers, plans on a layoff in March of 200-300 workers.
Have been selling off property & selling off unregulated companies.
Knowing all these facts, the question is "Is a buyout around the corner?"
