I got terrible service from People Gas of Chicago, due to own ship transition, the building of 2241 Hervey Ave, North Chicago,IL with 5 units apt without Gas service from 6/30/09, I fill in application form for start new service 7/1 and get a notification to indicate the service will back till 7/8 next Wednesday, I spend several house to deal service ladies via phone and get answer the schedule is full and nothing they can hand on so far, the building has 12 people live inside, they need suffer no hot water 8 days only PEOPLE GAS can send a service guys to field to just turn on gas switch that they lock it, do you think it make sense for publid company do so such terriable job for their customer ... ( if you go to website, they only indicate restart service only 3 b-day) ...
