my friend, sorry to say, but you are a fool for bringing up this old news. He sold only a small amount of his total share ownership and the shares he sold are only those he bought for $3 a little over a year ago, when nobody would touch this stock. I think CEO's have a right to take profits on stocks that triple, when they've invested in the shares on the open market when the stock is trading at a depressed level.

So the sales are completely meaningless and the company continues to report record results as the last press release indicated.

This stock should be at $15 right now, but certain forces are holding it back, for reasons I don't fully understand right now. It's possible that after the dividend comes thru the stock will fly up quickly. That's what happened last time.
