I wanted to continue a little more on the topic...

So in "assuming my prior post is on target" from all angles, I believe it's pretty safe to look at the situation as...

"Management's moves are geared towards factoring in an actual OS of approximately 500M when all is said and done".

(We know they want the "yes vote" for both the Inter Asset deal, and the Ascendiant deal which would push us over the 450M AS limit. So therefore we know they want the RS vote, and the lower AS vote makes complete business sense. Plus all of the above moves will easily put them back into complience with the AMEX.)

So now we look at the RS situation and can point to a couple things if it's based on my above statement...

1.) 1:25 RS, would equal a new OS of 20M, with a share price of $1.

2.) 1:50 RS, would equal a new OS of 10M, with a share price of $2.

In both cases, the supply/demand of the OS will be very tight due to projecting that there are now 3 large entities holding major common stock percentages.

(Even though Ascendiant's position would slowly be acquired.)

1.) IAO would be in a really sweet position having a PPS in the range of $1-$2.

2.) An OS in the range of 10M-20M (but a very tight float of most likely 2-4M).

3.) $4M in working capital from the Inter Asset deal.

4.) Potentially $5M in working capital from the Ascendiant deal over the next 2 years if need be.

5.) An AS mark at 100M or below, so they do have room to raise further capital if need be, but they are clearly indicating they don't want to be "dilutive greedy".

Anyway, all signals are pointing in the right direction from my point of view, and I hope all of this makes sense after you review it.
