Try to follow my neophyte logic and correct me as you see fit, please, for my own edification.

The 18Dec09 meeting agenda will include issuance of as unspecified number of shares to meet obligations, increasing the number of outstanding common shares, as well as a reverse split (r/s) to reduce the number of common shares from 450,000,000 to 100,000,000; effectively a 1:4.5 ratio. That odd ratio should keep the bean-counters busy for the evening.

Will the r/s be before the issuance or will the r/s include the issuance and change the overall ratio to an even 1:5 to include allowance for immediate and long range unforseen occurances which may upset the original plan of compliance?

Hope those folks on the ballot keep their eyes on the long range objectives rather than stare so closely at the immediate diversionary pebbles as to interpret them as stoppage boulders.
