My view of the situation is as follows...

(We have two entities in the mix here, and their intentions will become fully known sooner rather than later.)

1.) Ning/AMV/Tiacom

Not only does IAO have a 12.6% position in Tiacom, but the percentage ownership of common this "group has in IAO" is very significant.

2.) IAJ LBO Fund, PBAA Fund, Terra Firma, Inter Asset Japan, IA Turkey & Hiroki Isobe.

Based on the sec filings, this group owns approximately 80M common shares which is equal to 35% of all IAO common stock.

Sec Filings also currently list the OS at approximately 229M... So the numbers add up perfectly.

Now let's look at entity #2 closer beginning August 2nd, 2009...

(August 2nd, 2009 was Schneideman's resignation day, but also kicked into motion more significant movement.)

08/02 - Inter Asset 1.5M common @ .04
08/10 - Inter Asset 5M common @ .04
09/04 - Inter Asset 2.5M common @ .04
09/18 - Inter Asset 1.25M common @ .04

(* 11/10 - Inter Asset 50M common @ .04*)

Now if this holds true we are looking at entity #2 owning approximately 140M common shares with an OS of approximately 369M shares as of 11/10/09

(* Before 12/31 - Inter Asset has the ability to purchase another 50M common @ .04 also*)

So now we are looking at entity #2 holding approximately 190M common shares with an OS of approximately 419M...

Makes sense because that is below the AS amount which was set earlier this year... and if Inter Asset follows through they would own just slightly below 50% of the outstanding common here...
