Okay lets say they do a 1 for 20 R/S from .04 that puts it at .80 per share.

For me to double my money (100%) gain it would have to go from .80 to $1.60. How fast do you think that would happen? Let me answer that for ya……not very fast can you say months, years, maybe never.

From .04 it only has to go to .08 for the same 100% gain. Many of the holders hear know this and that is why they are hear for the potential of high percentage gains. Take that potential away and watch the selling begin = driving it down not up from .80. I rode the R/S train before with Andrea Electronics and several others. Usually with a stock trading in this range what happens is a good pop for week or two after the reverse split as newbies take notice of the stock and buy in. The expert investors get a hard on while all this is going on cause they know what’s coming and take up short positions. Then the longs unload during the pop creating a plunge to less than half the valuation before the split. In this scenario that would be less than .40. The longs make only some money, the experts make a @#$%ing killing, and the newbies loose their ass. Just some thoughts and I hope they are absolutely wrong cause I’m gonna hold either way. Oh yeah and what longs make will not be 100% or better. They will be lucky to get a 20-30% gain after being long – How Long? Becoming an acquisition though would change everything for the better. But once the acquisition price is set and the trading of the stock gets there to match it….well then it’s time to sell you’ll never get anymore for it.
