I cannot post links to Bloomberg but if anyone has access, read today's court transcript. Ofer was on the stand. Highlights include:
- KPN Withheld mobile minutes that were supposed to be included in deal. This is why the MOU were always down compared to legacy proforma numbers. - KPN competed against IBAS in several markets. - Projected net income for 2014 is $92,000,000 ( $1.30 per share - Put a generic valuation on this of 15x earnings and we should be a $20 stock in 5 years???) I encourage all to read the transcript. We all knew we were getting screwed... we just didn't know by who. I have to say that I am shocked. I thought all Dutch people liked each other. Sentiment : Strong Buy Rating :
