Apparently Dolphin laid off just under 20% of its employees one week ago and has eliminated some of its core services. Also Dolphin's former CEO is now at IHS hq in Colorado with new responsibilities, leaving the company without a clear leader. Finally, this economy must be especially difficult for them as they are the highest priced vendor in the MSDS management market; they'll need to adjust to win any new business at all - unless they think their simple "green" initiative can do it. Doubtful in this day and age.
