I worked at IHS and generally found it a good place to be. It has made so many acquisitions that the key problem is integrating them into a logical "whole company" that makes sense. Jerre Stead the CEO has done of good job of moving it forward, but the management team below that are more tactical than strategic. Good but not yet great would be my assessment.
