Hmmm....

An interesting testament to an impending energy crunch (sticking it to Over The Road transport) or testament to product being so inexpensive that it has to move to point of use.

Either way, Warren is a long term player so this bodes well for the sector sentiment. Of course, "coal is here to stay," and I have never disagreed with the sentiment -- but at what price? Mr. Buffet may have "saved the day" for coal for the next few trading sessions.

One thing is for sure... that's a lot of money for a railroad these days.
