What do you think about S & P coming out on 10/30 and put a sell on ACI with a price target of $20

S&P REDUCES RECOM-MENDATION ON SHARES OF ARCH COAL TO SELL FROM HOLD (ACI 22.48**): ACI report Q3 EPS of $0.16 vs. $0.58, $0.09 ahead of estimate on better-than-expected production costs from higher volumes despite a 20% decline in revenue, as coal pricing was below our forecast. Going forward, we remain concerned with what we see as uneven steel sector demand and see risks in the continued natural gas inventory builds. On Q3 results, we raise our '09 EPS estimate by $0.08 to $0.37 but reduce '10's by $0.20 to $0.96 on a revised pricing forecast. We expect ACI's share price to decline to our $20 target price, reduced $3 today on lower estimates.
