Looks like a standoff until more clarity...If I were a gambler, I'd pick some up, but have been playing more tangible things like oil right now. Keep SIGA on your radar screen...awaiting news, don't chase before REAL news and plan to sell the good pop because the MM there is a real bashturd and NEVER leaves a gap unfilled! ;-)
