Poor business strategies lead by poor managers seeking short term personal gains is the problem, not the unions. Look at the guy that heads this company, he will make $700k in a bad year and $2M plus in a good year. How much of a raise did you get this year? We both know the answer to that question. If you have been following this company and their earnings calls all they talk about is closing facilities? What does that mean to you? it means firing people to me. For what reason? So management can say we made our cash goals which translates into BIG BONUSES for a handful while you gravel to keep your job. When management gives up their incrediable salaries, perks and bonuses and says we are all in this together then I will follow and trust thrie lead. Until then, I think a little outside help would keep these jokers honest. Time to wake up and smell the coffee pally.
