This company is ready to crash and burn. Poor sales, lower gross margin and an over reliance on cost control to remain afloat. With the way they treat us employees, this company is going to have a hard time remaining union free when card check law is passed. The employee base is very disgruntled and angry. We have a two tiered system here. Senior Management continues to get big rewards while us employees do not get raises or match on our 401k. When the time comes, vote yes to get yourself better represented.
