Can anyone tell me if IBI will continue to freeze pay increases and 401k match into 2010? Also, I was wondering how much of this money they are saving and are dropping down onto their bottom-line? I gotta think this savings amounts to $4m-$5m or more annually. Thus profit is overstated in 2009 since freezing wages and 401k match has to be a short term strategy. Not sure they can continue to freeze wages and benefits and still keep good people which I believe is already in short supply. The economy has bottoming out and is starting to head northward albeit slowly. This will lead to a somewhat more robust job market and good people will leave IBI if they freeze wages and or 401k match in 2010.

Trying to uncover how profitable this company really is and my guess is their meager earnings are overstated by these temporary actions by $4m-$5m. Also, anyone have any clarity on why Barclays downgraded this stock? No major announcements out of IBI and Q-3 earnings release won't come out until early October so I am perplexed as to why the out of nowhere downgrade.

Possible reaction to key board members divesting their holdings but was wondering if anything else could be driving the downgrade. I know sales will probably continue to decline throughout 2009 but I would assume investors baked this into their calculations on company performance.
