In this upward rising market, telecom stocks haven't followed suit.

Probably shouldn't complain since the high dividends like IWA, VZ, and T provide downside support.

The scary part: risk of IWA staying at <11.25.

Income for my IRA but also like to see some appreciation, too. Might take years before IWA >14.

Electric companies dividends, though not as high.

Can't win them all.
