1) Proteus/DIF is finally here, more than a year late, but now finishing field trials. The fate of the company has always depended on DIF/Proteus, and all reports are that Proteus/DIF is exceeding expectations. This critical product will be available for sale within weeks.

2) Isco receives $175,000 payment in March from Clarity sale (+ portion of up to $5 million in Clarity revenue?).

3) Core product sales are accelerating, just as the new management team has promised. Fourth quarter 08 sales acceleration has been confirmed, with more dANF units sold than first three quarters of 08 combined, and all of 2007. 30 more were on backlog for delivery in Q1 09 (as per annual meeting 12/12/08). ISO is one of the very few companies that is increasing sales in this disastrous economy.

4) ISO has nearly $200 million in tax loss carryforward (about $1/share), which can be used to offset the first $200 million in profits before any taxes will need to be paid.

5) Accelerating sales = positive EBITA + tax loss carry forward = cash flow positive soon.

6) Stock price hammered last year, but what stock wasn't? There are no buyers out there, especially for speculative stocks. Nobody has the stomach for stocks right now. Even a few of the long time ISO speculators recently sold millions of shares which drove the price below .10. They are constantly lurking though, apparently looking to buy back in. Rich was the biggest bull on ISO, right until he sold, now he is the biggest basher (until he buys back his position - slimeball).

7) New management (since April 08) knows how to market and sell product.

8) No problem losing AMEX listing. ISO would have had to reverse split and dilute in order to comply. AMEX is a crap exchange, not worth the time, effort and especially not worth the $40K annual listing fee. It's better to focus 100% on DIF/dANF sales. Will quickly get on NASDAQ after some Proteus sales.
